Terms of Use

By installing or using Pulse Commit, you agree to the terms below.

1.License

The one-time in-app purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pulse Commit for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control under the same Apple ID. The free 10-export trial is granted under the same license, limited to that quota.

2.No warranty

Pulse Commit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will succeed for every Apple Health configuration or every GitHub or Telegram account state.

3.Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total liability arising from your use of Pulse Commit is limited to the amount you paid for the app. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss in repositories or chats you control.

4.Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting Pulse Commit from your device. Your purchase entitlement remains tied to your Apple ID per App Store policy. The developer may discontinue the app, in which case existing installs continue to work until iOS support requirements change.

5.Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store policy in effect at the time of purchase. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot process refunds directly.

6.This website and the waitlist

The website pulsecommit.app presents the product and offers a launch waitlist. Joining the waitlist is voluntary, is not a purchase, and does not reserve or guarantee anything. How we handle your email is described in the Privacy Policy. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

7.Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where the developer resides. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email correspondence are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
